Commercial photographer and photographic artist, based in Mparntwe/Alice Springs, Australia
Sara Maiorino is an Australian photographic artist and commercial photographer based in Alice Springs. Their work delves into themes of belonging, community and celebrating the ways in which people resist systems, while forging meaningful connections through the photographic medium.
With a background in social work, Sara approaches photography with a strong foundation in ethics and community. Since leaving the profession to find a more values-aligned way of working, Sara now uses visual storytelling to support ethical, sustainable, and community-based projects.
