Sara is a photographic artist and commercial photographer based in Mparntwe/Alice Springs. They are passionate about using photography as a medium for creating connections, provoking critical reflection and telling stories.
Utilising their previous experiences as a social worker (Sara holds a BA of Social Work (Hons First Class), Sara aims to engage and understand people within their environment and engage in social and political commentary and meaning making through the photographic medium.
Sara's commercial practice spans portraiture, install and exhibition documentation, event documentation, artwork archival and interiors. They are currently working as a commercial photographer and framer at Chapman and Bailey.
Sara's work is held in private collections around so called Australia.
